Forgive the delay, I have started a second job to support this addiction and free time is pretty limited.

Thanks to Sabot and the Team leaders for their efforts in making it an enjoyable experience.

As always, thanks go out to Chopper for use of the field, which is the best field I have played on.

Weather was pleasant for a change, didn't get hot until the second game. A cold front and rain came through right at the end, so even it was bearable.

We had great turnout this week, I believe that there was close to 19 total. 15 made the pictures and 4 had to leave to deal with that annoying real life thing. Kudos to Knight for the pictures.

We played 2 games this session.
First game was a capture the objectives: 4 ammo crates and a tent.

Tan was tasked with defense of the objectives, Placing them in predetermined grid coordinates but given the freedom to make them as easy or hard to find as their strategy deemed necessary. I don't have alot of useful intel on the bulk of the battles in this game as Duc, Duwaye and myself were tasked with defending a objective that was just starting to get some action at the end. The other group of Tan saw some intense firefights for possession of the tent (communications center?). We employed medic rules for this game and received significant positive feedback of the level of enjoyment this added to the battle. I believe that Green managed to capture the tent right at the end.

Second game was trench warfare - 6 objectives placed in the trench and both teams fight head to head from their respective tree lines to acquire the objectives. Green was very aggressive and managed to kill about half of Tan before we got into the trench. From what I hear, they captured all the objectives and even returned the Tan specific ones. As the Tans re-spawned, we were given Intel that Green had acquired theirs and we would have to eliminate them to break even. Tan used some good tactical movement and managed to surround and kill the bulk of the Green team. Green put up a strong fight but Tan outnumbered them by 2 or 3 at this point so it was a matter of time. In the end, Green had rolled us on objectives and we had managed to kill them all for a draw (I think).

We all had a good time with the objective based games and got to meet some new players to the field. Thank you to all who attended.

I must say I had a great time, games were great and play was intense, and I love the medic rules. Can't wait for the next time

I like to say that even though we were over run by green in the first game, they had some nice tatics. Crossin that ravine was tough because green had the high point and a good view, however, Tan rallied back and took Sabot and Green out. Sorry Sabot! Thanks to Kraut and Arkus I was in on that. Arkus and I nearly killed ourselves gettin caught by the greenbriars and low lying limbs, but some how we manage to come out alive. Thanks to Chopper fer the feild use.
