Overview...

The Advance Chemical Corporation (Ad-Chem) started as a small company that manufactured household cleaning products. The company grew to become one of the largest producers of chemicals. The company opened a manufacturing facility in one of the most remote places on the planet Due to the remoteness of this facility it was all self contained. Families of the employees lived on site. The facility included hospitals, schools, and even a nuclear power plant. Advanced Chemical was rumored to be developing weapons of mass destruction at the remote facility.

Fifty years ago all communications with the facility were lost. Advanced Chemical closed its doors, and the company disappeared overnight. Key employees for the company died mysterious deaths, and the remaining employees found other occupations and moved on. Most have retired or passed away. The chief executive officer of Advanced Chemical vanished. He was last seen boarding an airplane en route to a country of non-extradition. Due to the remoteness of the site, global insignificance, and the unstable political climate of the host country, all investigations attempts failed. A few years later the Advance Chemical Corporation was barely a memory.

In the last few years the World Unification League (WUL) has established socialist governments in what was once the free world. Great nations that were once free are now torn apart by civil wars. Anarchy is growing at an alarming rate, and there is a global recession.

World Unification League Forces (WULF) has formed from the world's military. They are marching on countries all over the world to spread the WUL socialist agenda.

The Combined Patriot Movement (CPM) formed shortly after the World Unification League began overthrowing governments. Made up of exiled leaders, former generals, admirals, and company executives from all over the world, CPM is trying to restore freedom, democracy, and global trade while trying to undermine the agenda of the WUL. The CPM has formed and trained a armed force of patriots dedicated to fighting tyranny all over the world.

Several months ago the WUL found documents containing information on the long forgotten Advance Chemical Corporation. Some of the documents contained details of weapons that were in the development stages. The weapons are thought to be ahead of their time and more destructive than anything ever created. After this discovery the WUL began satellite surveillance on the remote manufacturing facility. The WUL began preparing for a reconnaissance and recovery mission to the remote site.

Satellite intelligence photographs of the remote Advance Chemical facility revealed decaying structures and limited signs of life. As if everyone there just vanished. The area is too overgrown with vegetation to reveal much more.

CPM spies acquired some of this information and relayed it to the CPM leaders. Fearing the worst, the CPM decided to send their own team to the remote facility.

Rumors have surfaced that a former scientist for Advanced Chemical, once thought to be dead, has been spotted several times in recent years. The scientist is a relative of the former chief executive officer of Advance Chemical Corporation. The intelligence photographs show him in the company of high level executives of companies known to develop chemical weapons in different locations all over the globe. Some of these executives were thought to be employed by Advanced Chemical Corporation. One of the more recent photographs reveals him in the company of a man suspected of financing the worldwide terrorist activities of Terror At Large (TAL). Another photograph reveals the scientist standing next to the Chief Executive Officer of Battle Zone Security Group (BSG). In years past the private security executive was linked to an organization that provided security to Advanced Chemical Corporation. The most recent photograph shows the scientist and several of his assistants passing through an airport. His destination was an island resort. He has not been seen since.
