Oklahoma City Airsoft Group

Kashistan will be hosting a skirmish on Sunday February 1, 2009. This game will be held at Kashistan in Broken Arrow. Game will start at 11:00 and participants should start arriving around 9:30-10:30. We will begin an hour later to allow the weather to warm. At present the high temperature is expected to be 50 degrees so it may be a pleasant day after a cold week.

Kashistan consists of 80 acres of varied terrain including dense woods, tall grass fields and a creek that spans the property. Game play will begin at 10:00 and run until we pass out from exhaustion or it gets dark, which ever comes first. Field fee is $10 for use of the field.

Get your batteries charged and weapons ready to go. Please bring plenty of water, in a camelbak if possible. This should be a good time had by all, and all are invited.

If you are a first time player please bring a signed and notarized waiver with you so we can add you to our data base of players. If you are under 18 years old you will need your parents’ signature and it must be notarized as well.

On another note please remember that we are using raw land for these games and we will not kill ourselves yelling for you to come in after a game is over so please bring a radio. You can get a good FRS radio with a head set for a reasonable price at Wal-Mart so for all who do not have one, it may be a good idea to add this to your kit.

When playing at Kashistan you will need to be in charge of you own REFUSE (Trash). Leaving trash on the field will not be tolerated. There are burn barrels out there so you will have a place to deposit your trash. Please police you own REFUSE after each game as it is not Kashi’s job to pick up after you. ***PLEASE DO NOT THROW BUG SPRAY OR GREEN GAS CANS IN THE BURN BARRELS!***

The weather is changing and we will start having COLDER temperatures. This means that you STILL need to bring water to carry and drink at the games. You can still dehydrate in cold weather, so please everyone BRING WATER WITH YOU TO ALL GAMES! A Camelbak hydration unit is highly recommended.

Man does the starting time keep getting moved back or is it just me? Well I'll make the drive again. I'll give another open invitation to anyone that wants to ride along.

Right on. I got room for 3 more.

I moved the starting time for one hour later to let the weather warm a little. It should be advantageous to you guys as well since you won't have to set out quite so early. I don't mean to cheat anyone out of an hour of play since we usually don't go to dusk anyway. The warmest part of the day will be those last few daylight hours. It is the superbowl day so when you need to leave to make it back in time will be fine with us.

The turnout is growing, and the weather promises to be good so if you are itchy after sitting inside, come to Kashistan.
