The best way to combat goggle fogging is to have a fan attached to your goggles. However, the following is a post I made in 2006 at the old okairsoft site and it is still relevant now.
If you are having fogging problems try these solutions. I use #2 under home-brew below and have very few problems with fogging at all.
*First, two things not to do.*
1. Do not use glass cleaner. Most good goggle makers use some sort of lens covering.
Glass cleaners use harsh ammonia which breakdown these coatings and make the application of anti-fog solutions less effective.
2. Do not use paper towels. Paper towels are made from wood pulp the fibers of which can put tiny scratchs in your lenses making any anti-fog solution uneven causing fogging. In stead use a soft clean cotton cloth.
HOME-BREW ANTI-FOG STUFF
1. Soap.
Take an ordinary bar of hand soap and soak in for a few minutes in water to soften it up.
Then scrape some of the softened soap off and make a thin paste of it with more water.
This is then be applied to the inner surface of the goggles, and allowed to dry for a few minutes.
When dry, you buff the lens with soft cotton(like a t-shirt) repeatedly until the lens were clear.
This works great and would give you several hours of decent anti-fogging protection.
2. Liquid Soap.
It worked as well as regular soap. I prefer Dawn dish soap it is what I use and it works extremely well.
You do not need to add any water just a small amount on the lenses and buff out.
3. Potato.
Yep, you can take a regular potato and anti-fog your goggles with it. Simply cut a wedge of the potato and rub the white part on the lens.
Let the solution air dry, then buff it clean, just like the soap trick.
4. Apple.
You can use an apple (or pear) to do the same trick, but it’s not as effective.
5.Car Wax.
You can use car wax to coat the inner lens as an anti-fogger, I feel that it takes way too much work to buff the wax out enough to remove the hazed glare it left on the lens.
6. Spit.
SCUBA divers have been doing this for years, but the effect is relatively short.

Yes, it is Cat Crap I use to use this until I found out it is a soap based product and just started using soap. It does work Extremely well and skiers have been using it since 1969.
I hope this helps those with problems.
